The West Hawai‘i Sanitary Landfill is now open.

As of 1:10 PM, West Hawai‘i Sanitary Landfill is temporarily closed due to lightning strikes.  Facility users will be asked to wait at the landfill scales until landfill operations are safe to resume. Please call 808-961-8270 if you have any questions.
