All County of Hawai‘i Solid Waste Division Recycling & Transfer Stations and Landfills will be closed for the following Holiday:

New Year's Day – January 1, 2018 – Monday

The County of Hawai‘i's 22 Recycling & Transfer Stations throughout Hawai‘i Island and both the Pu‘uanahulu and South Hilo Sanitary Landfills will be closed on New Year’s Day.

We respectfully ask for your kōkua and please don’t litter or illegally dump any materials at
the closed transfer stations. Have a safe and happy holiday.
