Construction work will begin July 17, 2015 between the hours of 7:00 am through 3:30
pm. The Solid Waste Division would like to thank the public for their patience and kōkua
during the construction and improvements taking place at the Glenwood Recycling and
Transfer Station.
During this construction period please note that rubbish disposal will be moved closer to
the entry of the Transfer Station and roll off bins will be provided. This temporary
location may cause a slight inconvenience and the Solid Waste Division appreciates the
public's patience during this transitional period.
The Solid Waste Division would like to remind the public that the Glenwood
Recycling and Transfer Station hours of operation are Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday
from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and that access to the Glenwood Transfer Station will be strictly prohibited to the public on days that the Transfer Station is closed.
Please pardon this temporary inconvenience and we ask the public to take precautions
when entering the Glenwood Recycling and Transfer Station. If more information is
