Community Forums - One Island, One Community is holding a forum on changes to the County of Hawai‘i Two-Bin Recycling Program.  "Learn about what items you can still recycle and what plans, if any, the County has to mitigate the inevitable negative impacts of these changes to our environment."

County of Hawai‘i Department of Environmental Management Director William Kucharski is scheduled to participate.
