All Solid Waste Transfer Stations islandwide will close temporarily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, for the Solid Waste Division’s mandatory quarterly safety training.

The Reload Facility, located at the South Hilo Sanitary Landfill, and the West Hawai‘i
Sanitary Landfill, located in Waikoloa, will be open during regular business hours from
7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. daily.

We respectfully ask for your kōkua; please don’t leave your trash at the transfer station gates.
