Holiday Closures of Solid Waste Division Recycling & Transfer Stations and Landfills - Christmas 2018

All County of Hawai‘i Solid Waste Division Recycling & Transfer Stations and Landfills will be closed for the following Holidays:
Christmas Day – December 25, 2018 – Tuesday
New Year's Day – January 1, 2019 – Tuesday
The County of Hawai‘i's 22 Recycling & Transfer Stations throughout Hawai‘i Island and both the Pu‘uanahulu and South Hilo Sanitary Landfills will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
We respectfully ask for your kōkua and please don’t litter or illegally dump any materials at
the closed transfer stations. Have a safe and happy holiday.
