Event Date:
September 25, 2010 - 9:00am - 12:00pm
Come take part in the 25th anniversary of the Ocean Conservancy's International Coastal and Inland Waterways Cleanup Day. Clean up beaches around the island. Gloves, bags, and data cards will be provided. Other dates for cleanup can also be arranged.
Last year, in one day, more than half-a-million volunteers in 100 countries removed and tallied 7.4 million pounds of debris, in 108 countries and 45 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
