Please note that the Administrative Offices of the Department of Environmental Management, including the Solid Waste Division Recycling Offices in East and West Hawai‘i, will be closed on the 1^st (first) and 3^rd (third) Fridays of every month  from July 2010 to June 2011 as we comply with the "Furlough Friday" Directive.

The Furlough Fridays will not be implemented for the Solid Waste Operations (Landfills & Transfer Stations), as they will have an alternative plan to minimize service interruptions.
